Questions can be auto-generated or written by you, and you can set a pass threshold to flag strong submissions. Candidates complete the interview asynchronously—no scheduling. Reviewers get a single 0–100 fit score, per-area evaluation with short notes, and the full recording with a searchable transcript, so it’s clear why a score was given. It works on its own (CSV in/out if needed), keeps video for 30 days by default, supports transcript retention per employer policy, and sends brief, constructive feedback to every candidate.
